This is my first time on CKD...did you all feel as unnatural as I do eating all of this fat? It's hard to believe that this makes a preson leaner!
Tell me your experiences, please.

Yeah it feels dirty and wrong to eat this much fat, but I love it! hehehe

I get the biggest kick out of going to walmart and buying 3 lbs of bacon, the 48 pack of sausage patties, and the 40 pack of hamburgers, and a 12 pack of diet coke. The cashier looks at the fatty stuff, and the diet coke. I can tell they wanna ask if I"m nuts.

But trust me it works great, I'm lovin the ckd

it was very hard for me to believe that fat must be eaten to lose fat at first-then I tried the metabolic diet and lost a lot of fat and 15 lbs-it does work-the fatter you are when you start a keto diet, the sooner and more dramatic weight loss will be

if you do it right... you can notice a great difference
in just a weeks time... sure you will on the scale.

yes its odd eating all this fat and hard to imagine that
it can make a difference... but it does!

Personally been doing a ckd for the last three weeks.
Started out at 202, with way to high of bf, around 20%
Down to 184 now. I've managed to increase poundage on some lifts so haven't lost muscle, starting to see my abs poke out so yep it works, and quick. Getting ready to start taing some lipo and see how that works I'll let you know.

Usually, the more body-fat you have, than, in turn, the more you lose initially while running CKD.

Yes, it feels weird, but remember, give it a little time and it will bring about awesome results.

I have been on a CKD for about 5 weeks now and I have really enjoyed the results. I read some research that claims CKD diets result in a 9/1 fat/muscle ratio whereas even the healthiest of other diets result in a 7/3 fat/muscle weight loss ratio.

I think that is why CKD diets yield results much quicker because you are maintaining your lean mass. I say go ahead with it and you will surely like it.
