Food to eat during college lunch

Hey, i pretty much eat everyday at my college campus. I usually avoid hamburgers and the asian chicken dishes/ mexican beef etc cause im pretty sure they are unhealrhy and are loaded with bad stuff. I pretty much eat about 10 slices of turkey (big slices) and like 10 hardboiled eggs without yolk w/ diet coke, and sometimes a salad with beans/ broccoli etc with salsa. Would this be a balanced diet, or should i add some more meat/milk/bread/sugar/fruit etc?

turkey + eggs is all protein and some fat. With the addition of beans and broccoli you are ok, but not if you leave that out.

Turkey or Eggs + Salad would be nutritionally complete

are you buying that lunch or bringing it with you?

why not pack a mixer bottle.... a pack of your favorite MRP and just buy a bottled water and have a shake

then go to the bathroom rinse out your bottle and but it in you bag for the next shake before you go home

No i dont buy all that (too poor)

at UCLA, we buy meal plans before quarter begins. So i have 21 mealss a week. I eat lunch 1, dinner 7 and i get a coffee smoothie that has only coffee, some sugar and ice and add 2 scoops whey for midnightish snack

i used to have meals plans likes that when i lived at school. i would always make a huge ass salad ( i mean really big ) and scoop tuna on there with black beans and some olives. i'd use oil and vinager over it.

but we also had grilled chicken at out place and egg whites
