Can hit 225 2-3 times behind the neck.
Dumbells, got up to 90's doing "arnolds", start at bottom with palms facing in and then as you go up turn your palms facing out, hits the shit outta the shoulders.

it's good to see some strength here. to the guy who does 140lb dumbells- where do you train. i can only find one gym in my area that goes up to 150lbs bumbells and it's at least 45 minutes away. the gym i train at only goes to 130lb dumbells. any time i ask for bigger dumbells they look ate me like i'm kidding. i've been wanting to use 140 and 150lbers for chest quite awhile now. i can do the 130's for 8 clean and 10 w/ a little help. i know i'm ready...
