7:30 AM: egg beaters, mushies, green and red peppers
9:30 AM: fat free ricotta, fat free cottage cheese, almonds
12:30 PM: salad, grilled chicken, LDR 3 Cheese Ranch, celery
3:30 PM: ground turkey, avocado, fat free cheese, whole wheat wrap
60 minutes alpha cardio
6:30 PM: skim milk, whey
9:30 PM: whey
Hmmm...this week's nutrition sucks. I need to plan better. I am just a bit tired and frustrated with my physical well being right now...I do believe.

Ummm...I don't wanna. I hate thinking that something could be "not right." 

I haven't had that much rest in weeks! I felt a TON better as far as energy was concerned this AM.
