Its GREAT you want to add muscle. It will fill you out nicely. NOt sure you have too much fat to lose though, estrogen related or not... looks just like loose skin a bit from the recent change in your body comp from the fasting, the break from training etc.

I couldnt get a size 2 up my thigh lol... calf maybe? lol haahahha

Exactly - you certainly don't need to "lose fat" - just add some muscle - technically that can drop your bodyfat ratio if you can hold the bodyfat amount constant and up your lean muscle mass.

At this point I seriously don't think you need to even bother w/ numbers on the scale or bodyfat measures -just get where you are happy w/ how you look.

I had seared tuna (mignon cut) 125 gr...It was delicious I had 2 slices avocado and salsa...

1). Weighted step ups
2). Angels (?) lunge with rear leg on bench...(killer) with barbell
3). On smith machine ATF squats...near death experience I think... :worried: :worried:
4). Stiff legged dead lifts...
Pyramid in all my workouts...
12 10 8 6 reps to gain beautiful muscle!!!
 
Hola florencia! So, did you hit a hole in one? (Is that correct golf terms? I am clueless, my father is a huge golfer, tried to get me to do it, I was like...Uh, no thanks...when I was little).Thinking of you outside when I am stuck here at this computer!!! :rainbow:
