I did go workout after basking in the sun...HOW???

I got mosquito nets up, so that is good thing.
I cooked lunch and took a nap...Not big one...maybe 3 minutes!!!
Anyhow...I went to gym did some walking lunges with 50lb barbell and jumps I like to call froggies...ass to the floor squats and jump foward...Kind of like the math frog...LOL...
Those pumped my legs big time!!!
I did these because I omoted them on Sunday, I had some knee pain...
So making it up.
I did my shoulder workout Which I love, and some abs...could not do alot because shoulder was cramping up everytime I pu my hands behind my neck...
Grrrrrr...
Had VPX zero carb for dinner and 1 TBSP ANPB.
