Melliza!!!!!!!!! Hola! Size O huh? AND you do house repair???????? My idol! :p How do you do legs/gym after laying in the sun?? I am always so pooped after! I just want to shower and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..Actually, though, couple years back I do remember lounging in pool and getting out at 3 to meet my partner there after she got out of work... Huh...never mind. I guess I am just lazier now....first thing in the morning is my deal. Anyways, :heart: :heart: :heart: to you!!!!!!!!!!!

I did go workout after basking in the sun...HOW???
I have no idea, first thing in the morning WAS my deal too!
I have learned to switch it around a bit...God knows it was hard.
Just trying to go with M, and have some kind of training partner...
Women at my gym DO NOT believe in muscle...
The look here is either anorexic, cardio queen, even plastic surgeon made me look!
Well also the I don't want to workout and just criticize look...:lmao:
that would be the let go type...
I got mosquito nets up, so that is good thing.
I cooked lunch and took a nap...Not big one...maybe 3 minutes!!!

Anyhow...I went to gym did some walking lunges with 50lb barbell and jumps I like to call froggies...ass to the floor squats and jump foward...Kind of like the math frog...LOL...
Those pumped my legs big time!!!
I did these because I omoted them on Sunday, I had some knee pain...
So making it up.
I did my shoulder workout Which I love, and some abs...could not do alot because shoulder was cramping up everytime I pu my hands behind my neck...
Grrrrrr...
Had VPX zero carb for dinner and 1 TBSP ANPB.
Oh yes one

Cigarillo!!!!!!!!! :shocked: Esta bien..Used to be Marlboro Menthol Light 100s for me..occasionally I have the "Stress" cigarette- Ha! But my "emergency pack" is buried in a shoe box in my trunk..and lasts like 3 months. Good workout..I never did do walking lunges...should try them. I, too, am working out with J...and not doing cardio after..only doing it weekends, fri-sun like 45 min..bad?? My weight is dropping though...I am like you now with the cardio... :qt: Miss you..going home now, talk manana..xoxoxoxo :heart:

Yesterdays bicep workout

Super setted
12 X 3 z bar + 5lbs discs
12 X 3 DB curl 10lbs
12 X 3 Hammer Curl 10lbs.

21's with 20lb. BB X 4

forearm curl?? 15 w/ 20 lb. BB.

I don't want to sound like I am an ungrateful bitch, that would be Barbie
I have gained muscle, I am content.
I am just afraid of gaining alot of body fat and all my gains look "soft".
So Good things..
1. My clothes still fit, they fit differently of course pants rounder in the ass, celulite has gone down.
2. Calves seem better also front & sides are fuller...Not so much as a "fine mare" It's a mexican Joke...about women who have thin thin legs...
So my calves are growing slowly but surely.
I am doing two calf days, One is my own body weight without tennis shoes, and doing lifts ballet style, on my toes and back down...I am sure you get the picture...100 X 2...Grrrrrr Roar!
3. My back is my love...I love my back in the pictures I have posted it is not very noticeable but hey when I move around gym or house and see it in the mirrors...Yo mama!! I think I am hot!!!
4. Biceps are showing vascularity and triceps are bigger they get really pumped, rock hard, still I think my tricep is bigger than my bicep..
Trying to figure out how I make bicep grow, and tricep leaner.
About my food it has been good, sometimes tortillas that are corn, so I think that is making me retain water, and maybe even fat.
Will drop those...I just have to make some kind of hypnosis...

Todays workout was tricep I added the calves and some ab work...

Tricep Overhead with DB...(I hope that is the name)
3 X 12 25 lbs, 1 X 12 20lbs.
DB kickbacks 4 X 15 8 lbs.
Rope pulldowns 4 X 12 20lbs.
One hand pulldown with triangle holder...( )
Hand facing up
4 X 12
Hand facing down
4 X 12
These last two left me almost dead...tricep was BIG!!!!

My last meal was 5 egg whites and 1 slice american cheese....
