Flat Bench Problem!

I have been lifting for 4 years,22 years old, and my flat bench is going nowhere!
I can squeeze out 265 a couple of times, but my incline dumbells are at 140lbs a hand!!!! My military dumbells at 110lbs!!!
Why can i lift so much more on an incline and shoulder press than anyone I know benching 350? Is it because I have long arms, or maybe i have different bone,muscle,tendon structure?
It's really frustrating because everyone likes to have a strong bench. Should i just drop incline and shoulder presses from my workouts for a couple of weeks and see if my flat presses improve?
 
bro, i am on heavy dbol and anadrol and EQ and sust for that matter right now. and 2 weeks into cycle, and my fucking bench hasn't budged. i can't put one fucking more rep on my 6-8 rep sets with 200 and small change. every other exersize and bodypart are improving in strength except bench. i am about to throw in the towel on the goddamn bench myself. getting pissed big time. inclines i am improving on as well as fly's. haven't used DB presses yet though. may switch up to them. it is frustrating for me.

Bro, Wait till week 4 you should be using that for warmups taking d-bol, anadrol. Week 5/6 your test will kick you into gear too!!!!
you won't really notice the EQ though!
 
i cant believe your incline is that high and your flat is that low. Doest make much sense. I am a little smaller than you and i bench 365 and with incline dumbs 140 is damn hard for me. Maybe your form is fucked up. Maybe try lowering your weight and improving your form. Then you may seem gains. I dunno. Hows your decline strength?

Yea, it doesn't make any sense. What's your form like? 140's would be near my limit, if not my exact limit on incline dumbells, and I can flat bench on the low end of 400+ on a good day.

Form aside, it would seem your shoulders are MUCH stronger then your chest muscles.

If you want some really good bench improvement tips go to the powerlifting forum, it's a science, really.
 
Decline is weak too, same with flat bench
incline and shoulder very strong
decline and weighted dips hurt my shoulders really bad!!

i'm only 180 lbs right now with little bitty bones and 5'8". so throw around weight to you is probably heavy to me. :D plus i am not a strong guy at all. all my friends who people don't think of as "workout guys" are stronger than me. lol. :) but the goddamn bench still isn't moving, regardless of actual weight used. :mad:
 
140's on incline is my 1 rep(with good form) max along with a couple of forced reps from my handy spotter
285 is my exact 1 rep max on flat bench
110's (db) and 235 (bb) is my exact 1 rep max for shoulder presses
and the most impressive(IMO) muscle group on my body is my triceps!!!!!!!!!WHYWHYWHYWHY
