I lift weights since about six years now and i was also in the situation,
where the training successes were stopped.
So i begun to record/log my workouts for the purpose ofdetect my weak points or the reason for stagnation. First I recorded my workout data handwritten and later i switched to smartphone (iPhone) usage. Which brings us to the topic.
I have dared to develop an own fitness/bodybuilding app. Now i need your opinions - that means suggestions for improvement or criticism. (Here in the thread or via pm)
So if you have the time and inclination, it would be great if you have a look at the free version.
The app is called Gymnotize and is available in the iOS App Store.
There is also a chargeable Upgrade possible, but the free version should be enough to get a good impression.
