fitness advice help me please

well i started my fat loss at 330 lb 35% BF now im 265 lb at 23.9% im trying to weight 240 lb at 12% bf but i'm sick of cutting weight i wanna gain big muscle and still get bf fat off.. should i still stick to cutting or can i start building some muscle.. or cycle 2 months of building then 2 month of cutting.

I suppose it all depend on your workout schedule,

I’m training my son heavy weights low reps - whole body exercise on mon / wed / fri

and one hour cardio sessions – tue /thu / sat
 
how bout an update? hows it going for you?
 
well right now i haven't been hitting the gym much cause of a back strain, hoping to be back soon, also wat do u say about Cardio before your first meal
 
thats the best way to do it. 45mins fasted morning cardio 4-5 days per wk
 
ok, also what about how much carbs should i eat in a day,

figure out what your eating now. then if your not losing weight with that amount start shaving 10-15% off of your meals and cut any evening carbs aside from carbs in veggies.
