well i just finished my first week of the 3 day split, and i feel a lot weaker. i couldnt do as much on incline dumbbell press, i got stuck on my first rep of 75 on my third set, i had to have my friend help me on the first rep. on my old split i could do 3 sets of 8 with 75# 2 days a week. i dunno whats goin on, could be all mental, but im not sure.
