When I look at them I dont think I look big AT ALL. Im not particularly happy with anyone muscle group, but really unhappy with my back mass...what do you guys think, if it were you what would you really hit hard?

im 28, 5'10 193 lbs approx 13-15% bf. I'm on my 2nd cycle now, about week 6 of 800 mg test c and 600 mg eq weekly. will do it for 16-20 weeks total

delts are lagging.. alot, so you look thinner than you really are..

what does your shoulder and back routine look like??

I would suggest that if you concentrated on back and legs everything else would be good to go..

I'm not suprised that the first thing someone would really point out, when I think about it im ashamed to post my shoulder routine. I really only hit them once every two weeks.
Good idea on the back and legs, over the last month I've really been blasting the legs...

thanks for the advice

Looks to me you need alot of wide grip pullups and military press will change your shoulders drasticly

good luck keep it up

You have good arm size. You need to do some more lat and shoulder work which would make your waist look smaller also. You have a good base, keep up the good work and thanks for posting the pics.

Strange... my first thought was you look more developed from the back than the front.... I would step up the chest and shoulder workouts. I'd also guess slightly higher bodyfat... what's your diet look like? and your current workout routine? You should be hitting every muscle group no less than once a week.... maybe even twice a week depending on your routine

you need cardio and cut before anything in my opinion... just saying, right now I'm 5'11" and 205lbs and am pretty cut up for that size. You have a good base no doubt, and its good your 28 because I'm guessing you got lifting experience under your belt. Keep liftin and get some cardio done or circuit train your routine a couple times a week to help your cardio. It will cut you up faster than you thinkn
