First time posting pictures...

Thanks for all of the responses...just like I think, seems like just about every one of my muscle groups need work, especially shoulders.

Cardio has improved...1.5 miles a day 4 times a week...takes about 15 minutes for me to do

I'll show some improvment and post some new pics at the end of this cycle
 
good good, nice and simple.. it doesn't have to be more complicated than just knowing what to do and do it.. and do it all a little at a time. Too many guys on here want to turn into jay cut overnight ..you seem headed in the right direction though
 
im a little taller at 6 foot and 210lbs but i found after warm up sets, 2 heavy military press, 2 side lateral raises and 2 sets of rear raises. hitting traps on back day really helped to develop my shoulders. and make sure you hit them every week, for me its a monday when i am fresh after the weekend off, ready to smash it.

Good start! Turn it up a notch in the gym. Hit the shoulders every week and add some more back exercises like wide grip pull ups.
 
Props to u bro for posting your pics; Looking good bro. Keep us posted with some progress pics as u go further in your cycle
