so im up to 50 mcg's... no real bad sides... i think maybe im uping my doses too slowly.. tomorrow im doing 60, then friday im uping to 80...

www.fitday.com this site is free and great enter in what you eat so we can see your macro totals. Buy pure guesstimation I am thinking your cals are too low at most 1300-1400 cals which is pretty low at 170 espeically with all the cardio etc you are doing.
Also the snacks should have protien source with them both will give you and insulin spike on there own.
