First Cycle

How is this for a first cycle?

400 mg/wk deca for 12 wks.
200 mg/wk primo wks 4-9

PCT- 7 days after last injection

1000 I.U. HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) for 3 wks
20 mg Nolvadex and 50 mg Clomid ED for 6 wks.

Doing the deca because of joint pain
Primo to lose some bf

forget the primo. I'd just do deca only if you have used deca before and think you can handle it.

If you haven't used it, and aren't sure if you get progesterone gyno, make sure you have some cabaser handy.
