Pretty decent workout. Some back pump as usual. Leaning out a fair bit. Under 50-60 carbs the last 4 days. Working well. Going low tomorrow then a high meal tomorrow night and then back low again for all of next week. Weight was 196.8.

Off day. Had classes.
10 carbs all day until high carb dinner. Pasta and chicken.

Pulldowns 4x15x172.5

Up 2 reps on 95% set and 2 reps on 100% set. Everything else up as well. Back to under 50 carbs a day until next weekend. Down on scale and strength still creeping up. Definitely leaning out according to the mirror.

Felt really good. Pinning 300 test tonight. Weight was up to 199.5 today. I think my cut is turning into a recomp. I think I'm gaining muscle a little bit more that I thought I would on this calorie restriction.

Treadmill and BJJ tomorrow, OHP on Wednesday.

75 carbs today. A tad higher than I wanted. I'll be under 50 tomorrow for sure.

Felt really good. Everything seems to be clicking along. 60 carbs today.

Off from the weight room and skipped HIIT to give my knees a little break.

BJJ
Live 8x5:00. Good pace. Feeling decent. Need to do some drilling on my go to stuff and grips work. Gotten a little rusty lately.

83 carbs. Had a few extra to roll with before practice.

Everything else up solidly. Feeling pretty good. Added in some band pull aparts and push downs for extra volume. Ordering some GW and albuterol next week to assist the drop.

50 carbs.

Feel great. If this is what 75 a day of var and 300 test a week feel like on 400 carbs a week, I'm afraid of what 40 Dbol and 600 test would feel like on 3500Kcals a day. Hahaha.

I read them.. Most are pretty uneventful so I would really comment.

And in the logs I've read people quit early or have some crazy side effect or go off and get drunk and ruin stuff. So its refreshing to have a proper log. Simple but effective

Everything else up solidly.

Today was the first day I really had some issues with pumps. I could feel it in my arms, but it really started affecting me in the lower back. The last few treadmill sprints were torture. I had some extra carbs last night, probably about 40-50. I wonder if that's the culprit. Seems like an insignificant amount but I've been decently low on carbs for a few weeks now, so maybe. Everything else feels great. Pinned 300 test left glute just now, no problems. HIIT and BJJ tomorrow, OHP Wednesday. Thursday I'm off for a doctors appointment in the city and taking the daughter to a pirate game. I'm skipping Friday dead lift for a BJJ tournament in Saturday. We'll see how I fair. I'm not sure I'm in great shape, and I'm worried about pumps being an issue during the matches.

Little high on carbs again today at 94.
