Assistance up solidly. Shoulder is still crappy but in getting through. Bpc-157 should be here this week. Decent workout even though I was on about 3 hours of sleep. Had a big party night before. I didn't drink, but I ate about a dozen cookies and had 3 burgers and 2 hotdogs and was up late. It was cheat day so what the hell.

Mediocre. Shut squats down early. I was pretty tired. I stripped shingles from a roof and was feeling it. Takes me a week or so to adapt to the manual labor.

Feeling decent. Shoulder making very small, but forward progress. Tightened up the screws on the diet starting yesterday. I had loosened up some to try and put on a few pounds, but now back to tight.

Live 4x5:00. Felt like butt. Three days of low carbs. It'll take me another week to get used to it.

Decent workout. I was pretty tired from working. Almost done with the job. Been under 50 carbs all week.
 
Low carbs are killer. I can't function under less than 200 carbs but I'm an ecto. Keep up the good work man

Yeah. It sucks at times. I'm an ectomorph also but I get used to it about 5-8 days in as long as I get one cheat a week.

Did a two high carb days in a row. >200 probably. Weight was sinking a little too fast. Probably from working on a roof for a week.

Accessory up well. Everything going well. Hit the food pretty hard this weekend. Felt good, I needed the carbs. Actually blew me up a bit without any noticeable fat or water bloat. Back to normal today. Don't know if I mentioned it but started the var finisher last Monday.

Shoulder is improving slowly. Still hitting half a unit of BPC-157 everyday in the delt and hit 5 units of TB-500 yesterday.

Decent but a little disappointing. My wrist is really jammed up and it held my bench back. I had a freak accident this morning at the house. Slipped on a wet floor and fell on my ass. No biggie normally, but I instinctively put my hands back and jammed my left wrist something fierce. Screwed me up without a doubt. On a good note, shoulder is feeling really good.
 
Just did a weight check 195.5 post workout. Not what I thought. Thought I'd be up more, so that's makes me pretty happy with the 218.5x13. I checked my logs from when I was strictly powerlifting and my best was 225x10 but at 228 lbs body weight so I'm actually pretty happy. Gonna keep upping calories some. Strength up with BW flat makes me happy.

Mixed workout. 95% set was down by 2 from what I wanted, but training max set I added a rep. I think maybe I'm starting to suffer a little cns fatigue.

Running a 5k tomorrow, very reluctantly. Missed BJJ last night because of working out of town.

5k. 26:02. Top ten worst ideas I've ever had and I've had some bad ones. Never again. I was trashed until yesterday. I tried OHP workout Monday and has to stop after warmups. It as awful.

Leg press 15x10 plates then strip set to 2 plates.
Seated leg curls. Strip set down.
Calves and band GM's.

Decent. First time squatting with a straight bar in a long time and the shoulders let me know.

Was still on vacation for this. Back home now with bench today. Final shot tomorrow and bridging anavar next two weeks. Added ostarine today so it will have kicked just after the var is done. Gonna start HCG protocols Wednesday. 1000 e4d for two weeks then clomid and forged post cycle/unleashed.

Have some hellacious pip going on in the left Glute. Not sure why. It's worse than I've every had after a Glute shot. I think I've got to be allergic to something in it. I have a 4 in long lump, from top of my crack, diagonal, to the other side. Hurts to even touch.

PCT still going decent. Lost the alpha feeling but size and strength are still about the same. Osta seems to be doing its job.
 
Still plunking along on pct. nothing much to report. Lifts have stayed pretty consistent. Pump down a little. Probably lost 3 pounds total.
