I feel as if I've hit my bodies peak and need to finally get on the gear.
My diet is on point 90% of the time and my training is intense. I follow ben Pakulski training methods.
I've been doing a lot of research but wanted your guys input on first cycle ideas.
I have a friend that competes and is very knowledgable when it comes to diet and training. He suggest I do test-e/tren for 8 weeks.
I see people say you get the best "gains" off of your first cycle.
Anyone object to using tren as a noob?
My goal is to look like a large athlete. Would eventually like to be around 230-240 lean.
