New member
I'm 5'7" 147lbs. 8%bf,i want to put on about 15-20 lbs. of lean muscle while maintaining definition and add strength.I recently got some trembo-tech pharma-tech Trembolona 100mg/10ml..it came in a greenish box and the bottle is clear with dark liquid no particles on the bottom, all the writing is in spanish and i believe it says something about a horse so i know its vet. grade...ive read a lot of forums with people saying trembolone is just trenbolone ace. and others sayin its just a type-o so i thought id desribe it a little more and ask for another opinion so if anyone has ever used this or heard of it please share some knowledge about it...And if it is legit what do you think of this cycle..?

2x 100mg/10ml-Trem. Wk 1-8 250mg EW
&
i wanna run Test. for the impotence issue
400mg/EW Wk 1-10
PCT: HCG + Clomid or Nolvadex and Vitamin E

Any information would help if i need to tweak some things around, this is the idea i have as of now but i want some opinions and or suggestions from more experienced people before anything is set in stone..thanks.

Okay, but the treMbolona is in fact treNbolone then?.And my diet is...
breakfast: 4-5 eggs,potatoes,rice,fruit cup

snack: protein shake or a bagel

lunch:lean deli turkey or ham,rice,3 eggs, bowl of raisin bran

snack:2 hard boiled eggs, salad

dinner:Chicken or steak or ham, rice, beans, sometimes a baked potato or mashed,& salad

snack:protein shake

my lifting schedule isnt where id like it to be at the moment due to school and work but i graduate in 2 weeks so i'll have a lot more time to get it back to par, i get in at least 3-4 days a week as of now.my weight has always been relatively low due to wrestling and boxing weight limitations so ive never been over 155 because its hard to keep on weight even when eating larger portions, i have a very fast metabolism

I'm with burnthiscorpse, Once you get your training schedule
consistant and get some more calories in your diet you will grow
but it takes time and sweat. If you run aas run the test alone.
There ain't substatute for hard work so remember that. I'm guessing you're pretty young and your natural test levels should
be through the roof as it is.

If you're 147 you're either very young or verrrrrrry thin. Either of which is OK, especially since you have com to EF to learn, but either way you're not ready to use gear...

You should go right to the diet and training forums

Welcome to EF

Obviously its difficult for alot of people to diet correctly with certain life schedules we all have. That being said, your diet sucks bro:biggrin: . Deli meat is loaded with sodium and alot of other bad shit. Bagels are crap too. However, being that you are probably lean and need to put on alot of mass, "some" crap wont kill you. at your body weight, what you need is RED MEAT and lots of it. Lots of good fats, Fish oil, nuts, olive oil, flax, crap like that. And big servings of good carbs like oats. If your going to have two shakes a day....let me suggest that you use a nice thick MRP powder instead of just whey. Then, add two scoops of MRP, 4 cups of milk, 1-2 tbsp natty PB, 1 cup of plain quaker oats. put in blender and consume. ( i use optimum MRP vanilla custard for these , delicious)
Each of these shakes has almost 1000 cals, apx 90g protein, I forget fats and carbs. Other than that, if you eat greens(i dont) eat them at will, as much as you want. But I would say at your weight, 2 lbs of lean red meat a day would go a long way. Add in some servings of oats, the two shakes I mentioned, and you will be well into the 400g protein range, 400-500g carbs, and 4000 cals. Make sure your drinking a gallon of water a day at least.
If that doesnt make you grow then you have a serious problem. Your training needs to be up to par with a serious diet too. I would post up in the weight training section and I'm sure some of the monsters here can get you into a serious growth routine.
Save the juice....just for a little while. Not gonna tell you not to do it, cause you dont wanna hear that. I know I wouldnt. and "I" wouldnt listen anyways:biggrin: . But seriously, with the correct diet, and training, you will blow up quick. Dont worry bout putting on BF% you can always cut later. You need mass and size first! Than when you are ready, Just hit the test alone.

Thanks for all the advice...and i know there's no substitute for hard work& dedication when lifting.im definately taking things serious, thats the way to get results. i actually do eat a lot of red meat usually carne asade, new york strip, sirloin, or filet mignon..i recently in the past few months started eating more white meats..but ill try eating more oats and everything you said and try not to worry about gaining bf%, i think thats what i think about too much cuz i wanna stay as cut as possible but if i need to sacrifice for a while to gain mass and cut later ill do what i gotta do. and ill save the tren for some other time. just out of curiousity though why is it that you advise test alone first instead of both..is it because tren shuts you down hard and the sides would be too much for a beginner?

...and ill post some pics for now..then more later for progress with the things you've told me..thanks again.
