First Cycle Advice for a tall athletic 29 year old male?

Hey All,

My first time signing up to a forum so please excuse me if I've made any errors but here goes!

I'm 29 years old, 195cm high, weigh 87kg and body fat at about 15%.

My aim is to get to 95kg with body fat under 10%.

I am training currently between 4 and 5 times per week for an hour, going as heavy as I can working my muscles to exhaustion focusing on compound exercises like squats, pull ups and of course more focused exercises such as bicep curls etc. I've trained long enough and feel like I have researched enough to know what is good for making muscle grow.

My diet is healthy, clean and lean currently aiming for 4000 calories per day eating foods like avocado, oats, eggs, sweet potato, brown rice, chicken breast, salmon, white fish, steak, almonds, low fat cottage cheese, broccoli, peas etc and about 4/5 litres of water.

Even with the help of a personal trainer twice in the past year for 3 month periods I seem unable to push past the 90kg mark and so after careful thought and research I'm looking to try it with some help and do a cycle.

My question is... where should I start given my current goal? I want to look lean, defined, not massive and try to avoid side effects such as gynaecoma
 
I really think your best bet at this point is to look into sarms, which will provide you some very nice gains in muscle mass and strength, while losing body fat. They are also very minimal on side effects, do not convert to estrogen, and won't shut you down hard. I would run a 12 week cycle of the following:

LGD-4033 10mg per day
S4 50mg per day
GW (Cardarine) 20mg per day

Thanks RickRock13! I've been doing a lot of research the past 5 hours on SARMS... I'll do some more but they the stack you suggested seems on point with a lot of the information out there. Most of the suggestions seem to be to run for 8 weeks though, what kind of extra stress and or gains could I getting by doing 12 weeks?

Still keen to hear others weigh in and tell me their thoughts on this and other options?
 
Swarms are a good option and they are not very suppressive or likely to give too many side effects, so 12 weeks shouldn't be a problem for you.
That being said, if you decide to go the more traditional route, a simple cycle of test C only run with aromas in for an AI and a solid pct would probably surprise you with the gains you can get on that alone. My first cycle of test only was freaking great, you'll be satisfied with either choice I'm sure.
