i have posted before, just to the guys who replied to my posts i thought id post this to let you know i have put a pic in my profile of the contest i entered sept23 i came 3rd, i am the one on the right. The swollen arm finally went down, and the only thing i suffered from was a touch of cramping

Congrats! That's a pretty good comeback after 14 yrs! What are your stats? What inspired the return?

i was on stage at 185lb had bf measured at 4.1% not sure of other measurements
What inspired my return..hmmm, well i have only been back training 18months and i am a competetive type so the urge to compete was the inspiration. My next show will be the britian qualifier april 14 2007
