Finally! THEEGAME2544's Post Cycle Results With Pics Before and After!!!

Ok, here goes.......

I started my diet on day 1 at 245-247 lbs @ 24% BF.

Weeks 1-2: These weeks were sort of intro weeks where I cut my calories down a bit maybe about 300 calories and carbs down to 200g a day, fats were around 40g a day, protein was 300g a day.

Diet:
Meal 1: 3 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal(1 glucorell R)
Meal 2: Protein shake 46g, 1 cup of oatmeal(1 glucorell R)
Meal 3: Grilled chicken breast, steak chops, 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 4: Protein shake 46g, 1 tbsp flax oil
Meal 5: Grilled chicken breast, steak chops, 2g fish oil
Meal 6: Protein shake 46g, 2g fish oil
Meal 7: Post workout shake Protein 46g, dextrose 50g(2 glucorell R)
Before Bed: 2 tbsp G-Plenish

Weeks 3-8: These weeks were more strict where I lost probably the most bodyfat mainly due to shocking my body into releasing fat. Carbs were around 130g, fats were 60g a day, protein was 250g a day.

Diet:
Meal 1: 3 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal(1 glucorell R)
Meal 2: Protein shake 46g, 1 cup of oatmeal(1 glucorell R), 1 tbsp flax oil
Meal 3: Grilled chicken breast, steak chops, 1 tbsp flax oil
Meal 4: Protein shake 46g, 1 tbsp flax oil
Meal 5: Grilled chicken breast, steak chops
Meal 6: Protein shake 46g, 2g fish oil
Meal 7: Post workout shake Protein 46g, dextrose 30g(2 glucorell R)
Before Bed: 2 tbsp G-Plenish

Weeks 9-20: These weeks were more like modified keto-diet weeks. Carbs are 75g a day, fats 85-90g a day, protein around 200g a day.

Meal 1: 3 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal(1 glucorell R)
Meal 2: Protein shake 46g, 1 tbsp of flax oil
Meal 3: Grilled chicken breast, steak or pork chops, 1 tbsp flax oil
Meal 4: Protein shake 46g, 1 tbsp of flax oil
Meal 5: Grilled chicken breast, steak or pork chops, 1 tbsp flax oil
Meal 6: During workout 24 oz of gatorade(2 glucorell R before)
After workout Protein shake 42g

Weeks 20-24 I've increased my carb intake back up by 40-50 grams a week each week.....this was basically to re-introduce carbs back into my system slowly before coming off cycle so that there was no fat or carb storage rebound.....so far so good! Also re-introduced dextrose back into my Post workout drink at 50g with 50g of whey protein.

Thyroid Boost Stack........
7-keto DHEA (2 w/meal 2, 1 w/ meal 4) 100mg/per pill...300mg/day
L-Tyrosine (2 w/meal 2, 1 w/meal 4) 500mg/per pill...1500mg/day
Kelp (1 w/meal 2) 550mg/day
Selenium (1 w/meal 2) 200mcg/day

Fat burning......
Green Tea (2 w/meal 2, 2 w/meal 4, 2 w/meal 5) 3g/day
Yohimburn DF (Before workout)

Other Supplements:
Milk Thistle (2 w/meal 1, 2 w/meal 3, 2 w/meal 5) 300mg/per pill...1800mg/day
Cranberry (2 w/meal 1, 2 w/meal 3, 2 w/meal 5) 300mg/per pill...1800mg/day
L-Taurine (7g a day) while on clen...2g/day while off clen
Potassium (2 w/meal 1, 2 after workout) 100mg/per pill...400mg/day
Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc (2 w/meal 1, 2 after workout) Walmart combo
Multi-Vitamin (1 w/meal 1, 1 after workout)
Vitamin C 1000mg (1 w/meal 1, 1 before workout, 1 after wrkout) 3000mg/day

Gear:
Test Enanthate: 500mg/wk wks 1-16
EQ: 400mg/wk wks 1-13
Clen: 200mcg/day(gradually worked up to) 2 weeks on/2 weeks off wks 1-20
Winny: 50mg/day wks 1-4, 50mg/day wks 14-22
Tren: 75mg/eod wks 14-22

Phew!!!!! Ok, that's about it. I think I got it all.

End result 205 lbs @ 9% BF

Wow. You look great . id stilll like to see the pics full size though. That is some impressive discipline. You spent some hard cash on supps and gear too.
