I think I have finally realized that I am in a slump. I really didn't feel it in the gym today and I don't know if it was because it was cold and damp and I could see my breath in there or the fact that I am going home soon but things just aren't clicking right now. My diet basically consists of girl scout cookies and whatever else I can manage to scrounge up around here. I am just sit of not being able to eat what I want and I swear that I am not going to eat another pouch or can of tuna for at least 5 years. I guess I am just a little bit frustrated today, that's all.
