Ahhh hang in there hun!!! THis year I won't be spending Christmas day with my family either, but we are getting to have it a few days early so I am gonna head home (well not home anymore, but back to TX ;) ) for that...
But just look forward to all the many Christmas' you'll get to have over here after you are back in January :heart:

Thanks girl, I wasn't trying to sound all down and out and depressed, especially since my workout partner just came in and told me that his wife wants a divorce. I feel so bad for the guy.

Oh my gosh, how AWFUL -- poor guy is right.

I'm glad you're hangin' in there, lady, and that things are still decent with training and diet. I laughed when you said a few holiday pounds sound good right now -- odd how 1 or 2 extra doesn't seem such a bad price to pay for indulgence, eh?

I need to step away from the food and just focus on the 24th and 25th... Gotta stay focused! :chomp: I mean :qt:

I will be alone for Xmas( In Mexico we have dinner on the 24th and evryone leabes town on the 25th actual Xmas day)..ALONE so we can think of each other
 
Okay, Jamie, Flor, and Roonytunes...virtual Christmas at my house...but we shall eat pizza, drink beer, and decorate with lights causing an overload which will plunge the Black Hills into darkness, then we shall plunder...:D

.5 c. corn salad
1 c. California medley veggies
5 slices turkey deli meat
peppers, green olives, cucumber w/ ~1 tbsp ff 1000 island dressing

Meal 3:
2.5 oz turkey jerky
apple
5 saltines

Meal 4:
2 scoops pp in skim milk

Meal 5:
7 oz pouch chicken w/ salsa
5 saltines

Meal 6:
after my chicken I ended up eating some candy and 3 Otis Spunkmyer muffins

all jacked up b/c I ate the crap at the end of the day

seated cable rows (3x8) 70
