I HATE when I get this way. I've read that you should just sit down and take deep breaths for 5 mins when this happens. When you're calmer, you should also analyze why you got so angry and how you can change the way you react next time. Yeah, I read a few too many of those self-help books! :rolleyes:

That's why as soon as it happened I came back to my computer, sat down and wrote about it and thought about it. I was calm in a matter of minutes.
