woke up late and am tired as shit, didn't do cardio but I think my body needs a break

Things to do TODAY!
sports law final
order book for Feb class
follow food plan that I wrote out last night for today

8:30am
2 scoops pp, 1 tsp glutamine, 3 packets Equal in skim milk
.5 oz lime/chili almonds

12:00pm
pouch light tuna w/ salsa
1 oz peanuts
5 saltines

2:30pm
7 oz pouch chicken w/ salsa
5 saltines

and more crap...grrrrrrrr

packet plain oatmeal w/ cinnamon & 2 packets Equal
pouch light tuna w/ .25 c. trail mix

10:00am'ish
7 oz pouch chicken w/ salsa & garlic Mrs. Dash
5 saltines
5 pieces sugar free candy

12:15pm'ish
pouch light tuna
.5 oz lime/chili almonds
5 saltines
apple

2:00pm
pouch albacore
Special K cereal bar thing

3:40pm
3 packets no sugar added hot chocolate

How are you doing today?! How's your weekend? How did your final go?

Your diet looks pretty good, even with all the "grrrr"-ing. :) I'm sure you're doing just a fine job -- hey, it could be worse, right? Just think of all the holiday pounds you're missing out on. :)

I'm off work for two weeks so I'll be on the boards more for a little while! Just thought I'd say hello! :wavey: :heart:

Thanks girl, I need to get this diet in check. There is a lot of sodium in those almonds but they are a nice change from plain ones every once in awhile.

Hey girl, enjoy those 2 weeks off from work. The finals went well, especially since they were basically open book. Holiday pounds actually sound good right now, it's a little depressing being over here for Christmas twice but I know there are others that have been here even more than that so I can't really complain.
