O, she bakes too and she has the ability to make all of her cookies and cakes and breads super moist and DELICIOUS!!!!!

LOL, sooooooo true. My mom forced some rice cripsie bars on me, nothing I could do but oblige........and eat about five to show my sincere appreciation. :chomp:

My daughter is in Culinary school to become a pastry chef. She said the stuff I have in my cabinets & fridge is "sheer blasphemy" and "utterly grotesque!" :rolleyes:

I told her I'd be happy to look up a receipe for "tofu cookies" if she wanted me to and she could take it to her instructor. Hehehehe she didn't think that was very funny. ;)

Can you just imagine if she walked in with a tofu cookie recipe or protein pancakes/bar recipes? I bet the teacher would freak out like there's no tomorrow.

done w/ as little assistance from one of the guys as possible

11:00am
pouch light tuna w/ salsa
1 rice cake w/ 3/4 oz pb
can lite mixed fruit

food in here was all jacked up and I don't even remember what it was now

incline db bench press (1x10) 25, (4x6) 40,40,45,45
pec deck (3x10) 60,70,70
incline db flys (3x8) 25
flat db press strip set 45 --> 20

Shoulders
straight arm pulldowns (3x10) 30,35,40
arnold press (3x8) 25,25,20
seated incline db front laterals (3x12) 20

Calves
standing bb calf raises (4x30) toes straight, in, out, straight

Abs
hypers (1x15) 15
seated broomstick oblique twists (2x25 ea side)
jack knife (1x30)
regular crunches (1x35)

5:30pm
2 scoops pp in skim milk

more jacked up food, I did have some haj Subway (chicken on wheat w/ mustard)

LOLOLOL my daughter told me that someone in the class asked about low-fat or fat-free desserts and the instructor kicked her out of class for the rest of the day. :spit:

35 min, level 8 intervals on eliptical, 351 cals burned

7:40am
5 HB egg whites
packet plain oatmeal w/ 3/4 oz pb

took my final and it took a long ass time

12:00pm

1/4 c. trail mix
5 saltines

I got a package w/ some Nestle treasures and York peppermint patties :chomp: if I could kick myself in the head I would!!!

I only have saltines for carbs, not good I know but I don't have any rice cakes or that wasa bread anymore. I guess I will have to make do with what I have available. Along w/ my package of chocolate today I got some more rice cakes and tuna steaks :)

follow my damn diet plan!
order book for class
AM cardio, 45 min SS
sports law final exam
