follow diet plan to a T --- I could kick myself for this

I ache in places I didn't know existed.......ugh

took my final and it took a long ass time

I got a package w/ some Nestle treasures and York peppermint patties
if I could kick myself in the head I would!!!

I only have saltines for carbs, not good I know but I don't have any rice cakes or that wasa bread anymore. I guess I will have to make do with what I have available. Along w/ my package of chocolate today I got some more rice cakes and tuna steaks
