Feeling bad....way to many carbs yesterday!!

Anyone else here ever OD on the carbs and feel like shit the next day! Anyone have any ideas how to get this feeling out of my system fast! I feel like a slug and a crab!!!
 
Its normal. How many carbs did you eat? Remember the outline I gave you on the issue. Once you get back into ketosis, you'll feel great again.
 
count that as your refeed/carb-up day :)

BBF .....I have no clue and it was all processed shit. I think I had 4 pieces of pizza for dinner and pasta w/ tuna for lunch. I haven't ate like this in about 6-7 months......
 
LoL, right, I always feel like that when I turn my carbup day into a pizza day. Just don't make a habit out of it, and you should be fine. When you load heavily on high GI carbs after being used to ketosis all the time, you will feel bloated, lethargic and your mind will be cloudy for a day or so, but it will pass.
 
Everyone does that once in a while. Like others have said treat it as a carb up day and just resume your normal diet. In the grand scheme of things 1 day isnt going to affect your diet.
 
Take advantage of the extra carbs in your body and do a real kick ass hard workout. Those extra carbs will make cardio a breeze and you'll probably be able to lift at a higher intensity. :D
 
we all do this dont worry just the next few days go low carbs and balance things out!
just get back on track and bust a gut in the gym you'll soon get your abs back, i am fighting in a week so last weekend i went for all u can eat sushi for the last time, it had me set for 2 weeks of mega strict dieting, the two days after i was bloated but the third day after training and strict dieting, my boys were back ;)
