Any such thing? I think I'm gonna head on this, maybe start a new trend. Im so sick of diets and cardio I'm just gonna let myself go. If I hit 300 I'd be pretty fucking huge but not ahve a fat slob look since I lift so much

I'm right with ya man.

Tonight was brutal at the gym. I've been dieting since June 1, and the guys there know it. So tonight, they'd all get within earshot of me and talk about where they were gonna go eat after the gym.

Skinny, high metabolism, rat bastards!!!

1 word.............POWERLIFT

exactly............. im too lazy to diet and i always loose too much muscle doing it. i train as a powerlifter/strongman........... but i still work out some of the other muscles not called on so that i still have a balanced phsyique like a offseason bodybuilder.

whats the point in being a skinny body builder? or a body builder at all

assuming you are natural, when you diet you lose muscle weather you like it or not. why watch your hard earned muscle go down the drain to cut and lose some fat

f*ck that, i say

I am curious to know what "fat" means as well?

From basic information I have collected over the years, bb's seem to carry extra weight during there off-season (non competition). This translates into a higher bf% and an increase in overall bw. It is typiclly considered "bulking".

Is this what you mean?

That's funny b/c all I've been hearing about is eat eat eat gain weight....I guess it just depends on the person...did you see the post where B Fold told what he ate before he went to bed. This guy gets in the middle of the night to eat he's NOT fat at all, you can see his abs. As long as your working out I don't think you'll have a fat problem your metabolism should take care of that.
