when bulking i weight around 156lbs. and am consuming about 3000 calories, however only about 10% of the calories come from fat. is this too little, do u think I should add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to my diet, if so is it ok to eat them together with my 6:00 p.m meal of chicken and rice and yogurt, or with my 3:00 meal of steak and oatmeal?
