Ladies,
Tomorrow I have tryouts for the SA Spurs Silver Dancers...feeling a little nervous but comfortable with my apperance. I just want to thank all you girls for the advice...cause I don't think I would have been able to do it with out the support of "others". Wish me luck...and I'll let y'all know how it goes!

Didn't make it...but i tried : ( There were a 160 girls and they choose anywhere between 12 and 18 girls. At least I tried...now I think I am going to go into fitness...got the skills, just need to work on toning down more...And thanks ladies for all the support!!!

Well..my best friend wants me to try out with her for the "coyote crew"...they are cheerleaders/tumblers for the Spurs...so I told her why not...i'm in shape, i've been tumbling, my skills are strong, so I have nothing to lose.

Sounds great! I love how you take things in stride - not getting worked up about TEMPORARY set-backs. I think it is awesome how you set a goal, aim for it, and if you miss, you quickly get back on track towards another goal. Truly awesome. You are such an inspiration!
