Not if there not real tight. I mean if there on your elbows liek wraps then ya. But to have some sleeves on for warmth or support is fine. Like i said my shirt benches i take those off. I have never lifted with my shirt and those at the same time. And i don tlift more raw with them. I put them on whne i get o 405 anyway. That way my tris are warm and then they stay warm between my attempst which sometimes are over 5 minutes apart.
