Hi guys

I am interested in taking EPO

Was wondering the best and safest dosage

I have heard that 20iu per KG every 2 days for 14 days. The once a week to maintain.

Any help would be great

Thanx

lol, dont feel too bad, I had the same question, also got nothing. FWIW, I heard about the same dose...give or take, and that 20iu/kg is on the low side, but about right. I was also told between 8000-16000iu total, spread out over two weeks, approx. 1000iu per day...comes out to very similar numbers for me anyways. I never read anything about maintainance doses, are you saying the same dose, but just once a week? Please keep in mind I am trying to get the same info you are, so please dont take my word on this being correct. But atleast we came out with about the same numbers, lol

Why, Do you have an injury? are you anamic?

Erythropoietin, or its alternatives erythropoetin or erithropoyetin , or EPO, is a glycoprotein hormone that controls erythropoiesis, or red blood cell production. It is a cytokine for erythrocyte (red blood cell) precursors in the bone marrow.

Also called hematopoietin or hemopoietin, it is produced by the peritubular capillary endothelial cells in the kidney and liver, it is the hormone that regulates red blood cell production. It also has other known biological functions. For example, erythropoietin plays an important role in the brain's response to neuronal injury. EPO is also involved in the wound healing process.

When exogenous EPO is used as a performance-enhancing drug, it is classified as an erythropoiesis-stimulating agent .

stick with around 9,000 i.u. per week supplemented with iron, folate, and b12. Don't overdo it or you will deplete key stuff and end up with useless rbcs that have zinc instead of iron attached to hemoglobin and messed up mcv mch mchc counts. message me for more info.
