intermittent fasting in the beginning of the day until you are hungry.........
keep carbs less that total protein, and stay away from sat fats in large amounts........you cant think too much, just listen to your body
45-1hr cardio a day, sometimes 2 times a day
weight train 4-5 times a week, over 20 sets total each time
