I know which foods to eat. The problem is I'm not to sure how many grams of fat , carbs and protein I should eat with each meal. I weigh about 167 height: 5"9 bodyfat: about 15-18 percent
 
Keep carbs around workout. Rest of day have fat/protein/veggies- works well for me.

Or you could try the carb back loading way--I'm not sure of science of it but it's works for ppl especially if you like to eat big meals at night.

Intermittent fasting seems to help keep you lean too- I like it but I tend to eat before noon- go to leangains.com if you want info.
 
intermittent fasting in the beginning of the day until you are hungry.........

keep carbs less that total protein, and stay away from sat fats in large amounts........you cant think too much, just listen to your body

45-1hr cardio a day, sometimes 2 times a day

weight train 4-5 times a week, over 20 sets total each time

if you have any more questions shoot me a PM. i was 315 at 30% only to cut down to 255 and 15% now.........it can be done with hard work
 
^^^ props on the fat loss!

But I don't think he needs to go over board on cardio now- he's 167. Realistically, he may need to drop 7-9lbs of fat to be happy with his body (assuming he has at least some muscle mass)

IMO- 2-3 hard sessions of intense cardio a week and proper lifting is enough expenditure to help fat loss accompanied with a proper fat loss diet,
