I did real heavy scull crushers tonight. My elbows usally bother me after this exercize, but I get over it. Tonight however, after my last set of them I went to do some reverse grip pull downs and my left elbow hurt pretty bad. It felt as if it were going to come through the skin. It has loosened up a bit and I'm icing it now. My question is, is it possible I've damaged some tendons or ligements? It's right on the elbow where the pain is, not between the joints.
