Egg yolks

5 whole eggs for breakfast. Maybe another 3-4 later if I don't have another source of protein available or I'm particularly ravenous. I buy the free range organic ones and it would be a shame to waste money and good calories by discarding the yolks.

3 raw and 6 white every mourning, then 3 raw preworkout. i hate everyone bitching at me that im going to get salmonella. they also tell me the yolks will increase your cholesterol (which i dont believe either). and today my dad tried pitching a line that raw eggs reduce testosterone. there all ignorant if you ask me!

This may be old news, but I saw pasteurized eggs in the grocery store. NOT in a carton, which I have seen before, but still in the shell.

when I wake up I whack down 1 scoop of whey. Then do 30 mins of stationary bike. Then 6 soft boiled , 4 whites and 2 whole and 1 piece of whole wheat toast mixed in a bowl ( yummy ). Late night, around 9 pm, 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg into scrambled eggs and one piece of whole wheat toaste with a tiny bit of strawberry jelly and glass of milk. Then around 11 pm, 1 scoop of whey and 1 scoop of casein mixed with milk. ( I workout around 3 or 4 pm then take more whey and gainers fuel for the extra cals. )

The only problem are my farts. They are deadly.

salmonella comes from the chickens poop that gets on the shell. it is not inside the egg. it is extremely unlikely that it is missed in the processing but it could happen. if you want to be sure salmonella is not present you can wash the egg and hands together in warm soapy water before you crack the egg.
