Egg Question!

From what I understand, it's the saturated fat you want to stay away from whether you're bulking or leaning. Animal fat has the greatest amount of saturated fat. Fat from plants and nuts have the least which is why it's better to stick to those for your fat intake.

Please correct me if I'm wrong :verygood:

Thanks,I've been eating 6 to 7 eggs in the morning whole.

If you're bulking it's OK
Ehrn cutting it may too many extra calories

Its such a waste throwing the yolk away. and isn't it the tastiest part of the egg, unless you guys know how to make the white tastier.

One yolk to five whites here. I scramble in 1 tbs of Flax oil and a half tbs of olive oil, a dash of skim milk, some S & P. A handfull of chopped scallions goes into the pan first, sizzle sizzle, then a half dozen or so cloves of garlic confit, then the egg mixture: pan scramble.

Mucho protein, fatty acids deluxe, super flavorful, very filling, really easy.

I dig it.

I am hopelessly in love with egg whites. I don't eat the yolks and could eat the whites all the time. Olive oil helps with the taste. I love to mix the whites with green beans or broccoli and some olive oil :p
