Effects of smoking & drinking on training/building

I have talked to a few pros, and they are so big it blows your mind, they are bigger than any guy you have ever seen at your gym, bigger than any dream you could imagine, they are like animals.... to see them up close is sick....
 
i would stay away from any of it,if you want to do it occasionaly that would be up to you,....put thr training first..
 
I read a study the other day that said moderate drinking significantly reduced the chances of thickening arteries. Not that this really has anything to do with lifting, just thought I'd throw that in... :)
 
yeah i drink and smoke every so often as well. even though i know its not a healthy practice, well hell its fun.

if you are a pro i can understand staying away from alcohol and all that to maximize your gains and stay on top of your competition. but for a guy like me that just lifts to have a decent body for girls and what not then i don't really care. i just wanna have fun and sometimes drinking and smoking is fun. its all about the puss for me.
 
Magilicuti.... I have been thinking about turning to "g" instead of alcohol on occasion because I heard it was a lot better for you.What exactly does it do to your body and how does it feel when u take it in relation to alcohol.
