Before I go to bed, I usually have a whey shake w/ about 10g fiber. Just get some pure powdered Physillium Husk from the grocery store or Vitamin World.
most people who binge eat do so at night. its really easy to overeat at night. people sit around with nothing to do. the best thing you can do is eat you dinner and have a small shake before bed.
i would eat perfect all day and then just eat all night. what i did was changed my workouts to 8pm this way i came home have my shake and go to bed. another way to fix that is to eat more earlier. my biggest meal is at about 3-4pm. then for dinner at 6-7 i eat light so i am not too full to workout.
