I find it easy to keep cals low before 8:00 PM. Very Easy. But after this magic hour I just seem to get very hungry. Any tips onhow to keep myself fuller thoughout the day so I'm not so hungry when I shouldn't be?
Drink more water. Do you eat enough raw green vegetables? Not only are they beneficial for their nutrients and fiber, but they can be filling if you eat large amounts of them. Try some suger-free jell-o also to curve food cravings when deiting.
Thats what I think too...my calories are so low during the day...like less than a thousand. Right now I'm playing with my diet to try and lose WEIGHT. I want to get down to the 171 weight class before mid Nov. I am waiting on some DNP but until then, Ive had to watch my diet all the closer.
Someone on Elite (I forget who) told me that if you're hungry at night it's because you're not getting enough calories earlier in the day... try adding something in earlier and see if it helps.
I'm the same as you.. I can easily keep the cals low during the day but in the evening after dinner... THEN I get hungry.. Though lately, with the ephedra I don't have that problem anymore.
