Eating prone and before bed...

HAHAH...nowwe are getting somewhere.......not a slam bro....I wish I could do it like you...Im too anal weighing everything....prop and karma to you, I knew you didnt get to 250 on tuna and veggies............fast food sometime too, right? Dessert here or there. Nothing wrong with it bro....not a flame, trust me.

For example, how much pasta? 1/2 box?
 
lol, I stopped eating fast food, especially after watching super-size me, but like right now, I am sitting here eating taquitos for lunch,

1/2 box at least, I will eat real clean for a month or two, but then I have to eat pizza rolls and ice cream, I get away with it though.

as long as I dont drink sugar drinks I tend to stay pretty lean
 
chicken or beef wrapped in a flour or corn tortilla
 
Actually, I guess it would the supine position.....so, does going to bed immidiately after result in fat storage? More so then if I stayed awake for 1/2 hour?


I just read that you burn more calories sleeping than watching the tube....so you tell me what you do!
 
I try and not eat any carbs after dinner. right now I am trying to bulk up, so I am eating as much as I can
 
sure, why not, but I get heartburn sometimes if I eat right before bed

If there's a difference between your metabolism while sleeping vs. being awake but still sedendary, it's negligible at best.

Seriously man, if you want to gain some muscle, you're going to have to gain a little fat. Start eating.
