I don't like having a partner personally I've tried it but we always end up talkin to much or not hittin it as hard, I like to go in there and blast some loud ass music and get in the zone.

Maybe being that none of my friends want to be as dedicated as me that has something to do with it to. Maybe one day I'll find a good one until them I'm gonna be killin it!

I much more prefer to work out alone as well... i do the same thing with my music and just tear the gym up!
 
I agree with you guys. I don't handle training partners well. I want to work out alone, crank the tunes, get focused, and KILL SOME SHIT!!!

I do the same...just nice to have a spot every once in a while, not many people at the gym at 5 am to ask for a spot ;)

hearing about all this cardio and seeing how shredded you are while maintaing muscle.. has me thinking i need to hit more cardio or HIIT. I'm in a body fat dropping mode right now and it's time to get back into the cardio a little more since I'm in maintenance mode and not bulk mode (weight wise). Looking good dylan, keep killing it.
 
Dylan, awesome work as always bro , your cardio sessions before lifting are inspiring and I have been attempting about a quarter of the cardio volume you are doing pre lifting and I gotta say, my lifts are improving, as is overall sense of well being. I will continue to follow along and watch you break pr's and reach your goals, and hope the inspiration continues to rub off on myself and others following. Good fucking work!

thanks bro, i appreciate it! Its good to incorporate HIIT and endurance training both... you want to get that aerobic and anaerobic training... its good to be multifaceted and to shock your body... one of the mistakes i made for years was i just continued to do my long run everyday but was not switching things up or shocking my body... ever since i started to do that, i have noticed a big difference... utilize these both and you will love the result!
