Dry mouth

Anyone have any issues with this?? I don't know if it's all my supps or what but I have constant cotton-mouth.....

And I assume I can't have SF gum anymore....

Pfft!! Believe me - I am drinking 1 gallon of water + a day..... I have dry mouth period.....

you need to up that gal to a 1-1/2 this week and up it even more next week...

you may want to consider upping it slowly now..

doesn't seem like a big deal to take in that extra gal right this second but its not gonna be easy and you will be giving your body an entire nother gallon without giving it time to adjust at all.

Im not sure if that will cause some bloat or not, but I'd suspect so.

I've been drinking about 1.5 gallons a day I've estimated.....hopefully I won't bloat too badly.

The dry mouth tho is annoying!!

Not sure why the dry mouth.. I didn't have any problems with it at all.. not even when I depleted
