Well I don't mean to be the bearer of more bad news bro, but I don't think any State will let you use or sell marijuana or steroids. So I don't think getting out of Jersey is the answer.

my son told me hes been selling for about 3 months. my younger son also told me that he was dealing a year and a half ago but he stopped. that made sense since the detective said that they were gonna get a warrant for the house a year ago but they realized that he stopped and just left it alone. once this is all over, and hopefully either of them wont get locked up, were moving out of here. the laws in jersey are too strict.

Putting a message on a public internet site that your son "admitted to dealing drugs" while his case is pending is incredibly stupid. How many guys in jersey got their houses raided and live with their 21 and 18 year old son? How many have exactly one syringe, one scale, etc.

Not too hard to figure out who you are. Now all the cops need to do is get another warrant, seize your computer and now they have more proof of your drug dealing kids.

first off if he got a search warrant in ur sons name and its ur house they arnt aloud to search ur whole house, so i dont know why they checked ur other sons room to. They are only aloud to check the room of ur 21 son. 2nd they found only 6g of weed wtf is that i kno people who dont even deal and have 30gs just chillen. Thats not goin to be a big problem. Ur son charged with the steroids, if u admitted it was urs the cops should of not of charged him. For example if ur friend put a gun in ur glove box in your car and the cops pulled u over and found the gun and ur friend took the blame for it then they wont charge u. Soo i dont know how they still charged him.

I wouldn't put it past them for arresting him for selling in the past, you know what I mean? That's what it sounds like to me. They've probably been itching to bust his 18 yr old for his past and decided to do it regardless of what he said. 6g of weed, please, that's just going to be a fine. He shouldn't have let them search anything other than his 21yr old's room but, oh well, too late. That cop who he told that the gear was his, was supposed to arrest him as well so I don't understand why he didn't.
