drug raid found juice in my house

I have a question. (guys do not rip me a new ass, im just asking) My bf and i got into a fight (physical unfortunately) and i left the house. but the neighbors called the cops. while i was gone. my bf put his gear in my sons closet while the cops were there. they called me on my cell phone and said they wouldnt leave the house untill they had a look at me. Would my son had got into trouble for that being in his room.

Yes he most likely would've and so would any adult over 18 living under that roof that told the cops that they knew it was there. This is especially true if your name is on the lease/mortgage. However, if your son is under 18 yrs old he likely would've gotten in much less trouble than your bf- assuming your bf is over 18 and denied any knowledge of the drugs being there. Either way, he's a selfish fucker for putting your son in a situation that could land him a felony charge. Hell, he could say the stuff is yours and the cops would arrest you too!!! A judge probably would be more forgiving of a single mom, so your sociopath bf probably thinks you going down instead of him would be just fine too.

I knew plenty off BB's back in the day that used to find girlfriends just to smuggle their steroids in from Mexico. If the girl gets busted??? Oh well, time to find a new gf. My advice is to never underestimate the selfishness of any guy you date.

Guys like your bf seek out single mom types like you cuz you're more likely to tolerate his shit than a girl with no dependents/ more options. Not a slam on you-just the way it is. I think you'd be better off struggling on your own and lonely. Loneliness is predictable. Drama and distrust will age you 10x more quickly though.

I feel for you man, you don't want to get your son in any more trouble than he is already in, so coming clean about the aas being yours was the right thing to do. Get a good lawyer for sure bro. Hope you come out OK, but be prepared to get fucked up the ass. good luck.
