Down 15 lbs... so far.

when you get to the point where you aren't losing weight/fat anymore......add some fats (flax or fish oils are ideal)
 
on the note of salmon oil, how much is ideal for someone to take daily seeing that i eat salmon couple times a week and supplement with udo's oil already. I too have seemed to plateau now, weight taking longer to come off. thinking i will end CKD soon(been doing for 2 1/2 months) and switch to high pro. low fat. mod. carbs to give the body a change in hopes of revamping leptin levels and my metabolism

have you been refeeding?
 
yeppers chewy, i have been doing pretty good refeeds. I would do 1 one week then wait 2 weeks to do another and vice versa. just seems like i hit a wall right now. Im down over 20 lbs and i dont have much more to go but its getting tough, but i will stick it out for the long haul. I can't see myself ever going back to a unhealthy way of eating
