of getting a personal best i got two this week
Monday Chest warm up with 10kg/side then 20kg/side
Then i would normally go 30kg/side but desided to get a spotter and try 40kg/side anyway i tell the spotter i only normally get about three with this weight so stay with me but let be work for it.So i get under it and lift it off (i dont like getting it lifted off for me) then i get SIX reps on my own!!! perfect form! damn it felt good
Tuesday back dun my shrugs the some chins and now its time for deadlifts! gotta love deadlifts now i'm not a big guy but i still get a few people wathcing me when i deadlift (problly because it looks like i'm gonna pass out) but anyway did a couple of warm up setts then did 65kg/side for FOUR reps TWO setts!!!
Just to top it off i went out on Friday night and saw a girl i don't often see and the first thing she said was "Every time i see you your bigger how big do you want to get"
