Everything went fairly smooth today. Diet was normal and training went decent. Did fasted cardio right out of bed after i took my HGH. 35 MIN on Treadmill.

I trained bis and tris. My right bi been lil sensitive for last 2 weeks. Not sure why. Only bothers me if I try and go super heavy.

Feeling tight and full but don't feel like I'm holding a tin of water with anadrol. Only been 10 days though. We see how it goes. Get you pics this weekend for feedback. Went and got some good groceries today tol!!!

Here some ribs I cooked and couple Filets. 100g protein in 2 filets. Also got 5pbs chicken and 2lbs salmon. Actually bought 4lbs salmon but 2 smaller filets not pictured.

Glad u see it ulter. I'm fully locked and loaded. I don't let negativity get to me I let it motivate me. Will be in best shape of my life by June. Pics comin this weekend. Strongest I have ever been bro. Got bunch of machines pinned out at gym. Why I'm doing so many reps at times!! Trying to limit myself don't want to over do it with weight and hurt a tendon or ligament. Body pushing way more weight than it had in years. Feels great though

Cardio out of bed on empty stomach after I hit 2ius hgh. Did 30 min Then I started my day.

830am. Muscle milk and oats
11am. Steak black beans rice cheese salsa with tortilla
1pm. MRE shake with oats 90g protein
330pm steak rice beans and cheese
630pm muscle milk
830pm salmon and rice

This about 3500kcals for day

Trained back. Didn't go crazy on weight due to tightness in bi and left shoulder....

Need to kno about where bf% is. Please no sugar coating give it to me straight up. Don't feel like I'm holding ton of water for being on anadrol npp test eq and tren. Proviron as well. Think that's helping keep me tight

Chest pump was good but worked out early without much in my system. Did my cardio on empty stomach first thing in am then had breakfast. Then I headed to gym. Can't complain. Have new pics in week. Feelin good

Tren Ace 100mg eod been on two weeks
Anadrol 50mg ed been on two weeks
Proviron 50mg ed
HGH 4ius. 2ius am and 2ius pm post training

Taking all the normal supps vitamins digest enzymes probiotics n2guard p5p etc

Here are pics that I took today. Want to run the anadrol 4 more weeks then will cruise with test eq npp for 4 weeks then gonna drop masteron winny and tren with the eq and test to really harden up for summer.

NEED STRAIT UP HONEST FEED BACK. NO SUGAR COATING ANYWHERE. Where do I stand right now BF%. I'm trying to get to 7% by mid summer. I am thinking I'm in that 10-11% range right now but that might be lil generous so I need the real from you dudes. Lay it on me so I can improve boys. I'm getting closer though. I'm sitting at about 208-211lbs right now. Strongest I've ever been. I've weighed more in past but was bloated af on dbol holding about 12lbs of water or more. Min faced out!!! Give it to strait up homies. You kno I appreciate. Sorry body monster I couldn't remove my pants for the pics!!! 🤣😂

Holy hell bro 69 hours. Only time I've done that is when I was on a bender back in my younger days. At about 24-36 hrs I start getting weak myself.
