I'm a celiac and tend to stay away from all grains.
If I eat strictly meat and veggies - imagine going to thai food and getting steamed veggies with chicken curry (No rice)- am I eating enough macronutrients to sustain?
It's worked for me so far - but now that I am gaining mass and getting near 180lbs with less than 10% BF at 5'10 - I'm not gaining like I use to.
Should I incorporate rice pasta and gluten free granola?
Or some nuts?
