Does thi basic mass program suck?

Does this basic mass program suck?

after the 30 more days of leaning out I was thinking about this one.

it was inspired by a previuos competitive body builder in the California circuit.



Day 1

chest

Bench
Inc DB
cable flys

deltoids

side cable laterals

triceps

french press

crunches for abs


Day 2

thighs

leg extetions
squats
hamstring curls

calves

seated
and
standing calf raises

cardio

Day 3

Back

pulldowns
bb rows

traps

shrugs

biceps

preacher curls


Day 4 OFF

in my opinion it sure does, you hardly have many exercises for most bodyparts, how are you going to stress each muscle fiber?

arms were the most desturbing aspect of the trainin program,

but that is why I posted this for opinions.


I saw 2 problems.

one with the shoulders.

but he said both anterior and posterior deltoids were stmulated on their respective days.

anterior on chest day

posterior on back day

as you can see the medial head was thown in after chest.

now as for arms.

he said on back day if you do it heavey enough that the biceps should get a lot of stimulation,

and that biceps require only 1 isolation exercise.

the same theory for triceps, after all the press ing 1 tri execise should be suffecient.

I amnot saying it's right

just here to consider ideas
 
give me a break! if you want mass ---------work your big excercises bench,squats,deadlifts quit worring about the small excercises just get strong on your compound excercise and mass will come

thats what yaetes did, now granted he was saucen hard, and arms were a tad under par for the rest of his physique but thats what he did too.

the basics brutally
