does squatting wreck the rest of your workout?

i read an article recently stating that you could work solely on GM's and steadily gain on once per month Sq workouts. i always feel tighter and like i can cling to the bench harder when i've been squatting.

what kinda bp numbers do you put up ht?
i've got a permanent scab from gm'ing on back, soiled plenty a fine t with blood

btw- SQ'ing, in the summer, sucks. the heat is a bitch. my gym has no air, just big fans. so, it's 80-90 degrees inside, at 10 pm.

I have not squatted in a year. Or deadlifted.

Squatting and deads are trecherous, but worthwhile if done correctly. I have a long back so I never squatted or dl'd much, and when I did it was rarely more than once a week. As with anything else, it takes a lot longer to rebuild muscle fiber than it does to destroy it.
